This is the homepage of the Cloak multipage test site. The point of this site is to verify that protection rules can independently cloak some pages while leaving others as plaintext, even as a visitor navigates between them.

Look at the navigation bar above. Click around. Each page tells you what URL it lives at, so you can compare what the dashboard rules say against what you see rendered.
